Release notes
Development version of Yoast SEO for Drupal 8.
It works on a vanille Drupal installation, but there could still be side effects. Don't use on a production site.
There are the known bugs which will be solved in future dev releases:
- Doesn’t work with Taxonomy even if it is possible to enable Yoast SEO for it.
- While editing the snippet preview if pressing the enter key HTML tags are inserted.
- While editing a snippet preview field which has no value. After clicking on its placeholder text the style of the snippet preview beaks.
- While editing a snippet preview field, the cursor is positioned at the start of the text.
- Unable to uninstall the module. Gives an error because the YoastSEO field is still in use.
- Insert field in the content view doesn’t work at install because the field is not applied on the content type.
- It is currently not possible to remove the YoastSEO score field from the content view. After removal the field will get inserted again automatically.
- Score displayed in the view is a number. It should be a rating and a colored circle.
- Yoast SEO is not enabled automatically for all content types, it requires to be enabled manually through the configuration interface.
