Release notes

Some major changes in this release!
- We finally have multiple field support! You can now select additional fields to include in the Yoast calculation!
- The Yoast javascript library is updated to v1.2.2!

Important notice:
We were required to change the score field from int to float which may cause the content overview to show the incorrect color circle by a slight margin ( example: 7.0 is orange where 7.1 is green ). This only affects old nodes but when resaving it should show the correct circle again in the content overview.
