Bumps the drupal/ckeditor_media_resize constraint from ~1 to ~1.1.0 in composer.json.

The vardot/varbase-patches 10.1.82 Drupal 11.4 compatibility patch for CKEditor Media Resize targets 1.1.0 (fix only available upstream as MR !30 / #3607786, not yet released). Resolving to 1.0.0 breaks that patch application.
