Add ~11.4.0 to the Drupal core constraint on the 1.1.x branch in composer.json and ckeditor_media_resize.info.yml (~10.5.0 || ~10.6.0 || ~11.2.0 || ~11.3.0 || ~11.4.0) so the module supports Drupal 11.4 (released 1 July 2026). Unblocks the Varbase build on Drupal 11.4 (pulled via Varbase Editor Base).
