tamper 8.x-1.0-alpha1

This first alpha release has already most Feeds Tamper plugins ported. For the remaining plugins to be ported, see #2958013: [META] port remaining feeds tamper plugins.

The ported Tamper plugins are quite stable, this is only an alpha release because not all plugins have been ported yet.

This release contains the long awaited Rewrite plugin, which was recently added.
