search_api_attachments 8.x-1.0-beta18

Resolves SA-CONTRIB-2021-034.

This is D8/D9 beta18 release of search_api_attachments module.

This module depends on search_api that is stable, but search_api_attachments is not yet stable and so not recommended to use in production.

Especially, note that there is no data update path for this module's configuration!

This release :

The security issue concerns restricting access to permission for admin configuration form
The bugs concern cases where file id is NULL and default value for read_text_files_directly
The feature is adding a hook after content extraction for a file
