Release notes

Stable 6.x-2.0 release.

- Added additional debug info, email sending limits, legacy email subject, template suggestions.
- Added formatted watchdog message to email subject. Streamlined email body variable replacement with D7 version.
- Switched to Drupal string manipulation functions.
- Fixed user name reference.
- Fixed variable replacement in alert message for server log entry.
