Release notes

IVW added a new parameter to use first-party cookies. This feature is called "Multistage Client & Visit Detection". For more information about this find the corresponding document on the download page: https://www.infonline.de/downloads/web-mew-und-ctv

To enable the feature, go to the ivw settings form and enable "Activate Multistage Client & Visit Detection (MCVD)". If you use your own template to display the tracking pixel, you have to add the new parameter "sc": "{{ sc }}" to the iam_data variable.
