Update the Paragraph bundle syntax so that paragraphs are migrated into the correct paragraph bundles.

To test:

Roll back paragraph migrations. Note this takes longer than importing them, I'd run the large ones overnight
Import the paragraphs
verify they have been created as part of the correct bundles
update the entities that reference the paragraphs
