Update paragraph migration bundle syntax.

Closes #3490279

Update the Paragraph bundle syntax so that paragraphs are migrated into the correct paragraph bundles.

To test:

• Roll back paragraph migrations. Note this takes longer than importing them, I'd run the large ones overnight
• Import the paragraphs
• verify they have been created as part of the correct bundles
• update the entities that reference the paragraphs
