Issue #3632318: ExtraFieldBlockCacheTagInvalidator causes circular references through plugin.manager.block and the logger

On main the service is autowired, so I used #[AutowireServiceClosure] instead of the YAML change from the patch. I also added a kernel test with a logger that depends on cache_tags.invalidator, it fails without the fix.
