Issue #3631593: Handle partial entity display form values

Fixes EntityDisplayFormBase::copyFormValuesToEntity() so components that are absent from a limited-validation multistep submission are left unchanged.

The change adds guards for both regular fields and #extra components.

Regression coverage verifies that:

  • a submitted field is updated;
  • a regular field omitted from the partial submission remains unchanged;
  • an extra component omitted from the partial submission remains unchanged.

Without the fix, the regression test fails with PHP warnings and corrupts the omitted component configuration. With the fix, the test passes.
