task: #3621155 Remove contrib-specific selectors from the Admin theme CSS

What this does

Removes CSS from the Admin theme that only ever matches markup provided by contrib modules — leftovers from Gin's time in contrib. Per #3619804-12, support for contrib modules belongs in contrib.

Contrib-only selectors

File Selector Module
css/components/tabledrag.pcss.css .field--widget-entity-reference-paragraphs Paragraphs
css/components/tabledrag.pcss.css .field--type-smartdate Smart Date
css/components/button.pcss.css .ief-entity-submit Inline Entity Form
css/components/tableselect.pcss.css 4 rulesets on edit-views-bulk-operations-bulk-form Views Bulk Operations

Neighbouring selectors in those rules are core (#field-display-overview, .field--type-link, the edit-header Views rules) and are untouched.

Unused contrib icons

Removed seven custom properties from css/base/icons.pcss.css and their SVGs under migration/media/icons/: bat, commerce, group, tmgmt, trash-module, webform, responsive-preview. None were referenced anywhere in the theme. The cspell:ignore line was trimmed accordingly.

Not included

--admin-icon-devel is contrib-named but genuinely used, as the generic "key" icon in css/components/action-link.pcss.css. Renaming it to key can be done here or as a follow-up — happy either way.

Testing

  • yarn build:css regenerates all compiled files with no further changes.
  • yarn lint:css passes.
  • cspell passes on the touched files.
  • No remaining references to any removed selector, custom property or SVG anywhere in core.
