Roll-back of #503982 which caused test failures. One day, I will learn that not even a *one word* patch is immune from causing test failures.

- Patch #413192 by catch et al: make taxonomy terms fieldable (not to be confused with taxonomy terms as fields).

- Patch #428744 by Gabor: make the main page content a real block and clean up some of the content API.

- Patch #273137 by pwolanin, David_Rothstein, chx, et al: split navigation to user and administration menu. Will require follow-up patches.

- Patch #394374 by cwgordon7, wretched sinner, et al: improved language of comment status. Usability improvement based on testing in Baltimore.

- Patch #288039 by sun, ff1, agentrickard, fgm, ultimateboy: improved usability of the aliased URL admin page.

- Patch #225450 by Crell, chx, bjaspan, catch, swentel, recidive et al: next generation database layer for Drupal 7.

  The "expert" will be a minimalistic profile for developers.  This opens
  the doors to add more things to the default profile and/or to create
  additional install profiles for core. It also helps set an example for
  more install profiles in the contributed modules repository.
