- Made the forum module's breadcrumb navigation fully themable.  Patch by Nick.

- Changed 'pubdate' to 'pubDate'.  Patch by Kristjan.

- Fixed in Xtemplate theme; don't use return value of node_url() raw and uncut.
  Patch by me.
