The main intent here is to ensure that the Library and Manage Library stylistically and from a UX perspective match.

Removed accordions from Library and replaced with tabs as per the Manage Library designs

cleaned up the primaryPanel slice - lots of things in there that are obsolete.

Fixed AiWizard storing it's open state in random part of the primaryPanel slice that was supposed to be list of expanded accordions

Updated rounded corners in sidebar to be a bit less rounded while on call with @callumharrod )
