#3591838 prevent duplicate names

Replaced the not-working UniqueNamePerFolderTypeConstraint with the broadly applied UniqueColorNameConstraint and added e2e test for it.

Testing instructions

  • Try to create a color with a name that exists - note it is prevented w/validation message in the form
  • Try to update the name of a color to that of one that exists - note that it is prevented with a validation message appearing below the inline input.
