#3591838 style updates

Color inputs + switcher should look like the left, currently looks like the right

Folder spacing should match folder spacing in other panels

Colors: too much space

Panel on 1.x - the spacing we want

Testing instructions

• enable 'canvas_dev_mode' module
• Run DB updates to add Color entity type
• enable 'canvas_test_code_components_color' to install 3 Brand Kit colors
• The "Three colors" code compeonent has several color fields you can test manually
