Issue #3529128: Set default job image and mark which jobs can be interrupted

  • Sets the default job image to drupal-testing, and consolidates the other jobs which use the smaller node image to using the same one
  • Sets a default value for interruptible and marks which jobs cannot be interrupted.
  • Disables the cache for jobs which don't need it
