This improves 2 of the side nav menus, giving them the consistent styling that the other side nav menus use

It also tweeks classes added to tables for picking up styling from the recent theme changes.

Note there is some small changes to ClubOrgs.php which are simply whitespace changes made by the formatting settings, only code changes are line 695.
