Issue #3613135: Add a generic Bookings tab to booking-scoped entities

A generic Bookings tab (slot, tier, resource) driven by a booking scope registry; shared BookingsForm + auto route/task from the map. Lists bookings, links each to its transaction, filters by transaction number. yoyaku_order adds the Order label and Booker column.
