feat: yoyaku_ticket: cascading, UI-configurable ticket logo (site + tenant)

Makes the ticket logo a cascading, UI-configurable setting.

  • New Ticket settings form (Administration › Booking › Ticket settings) with a logo upload (managed file), plus paper size and orientation.
  • Per-tenant override on the tenant edit form, stored as a third-party setting so the core tenant stays unaware of ticketing.
  • TicketLogo resolves the logo down a cascade: the booking's tenant, then the site-wide setting, then the site theme's own logo, so a single-tenant site needs no configuration and still shows its branding.
  • Uploaded logos are tracked through file usage and marked temporary when replaced or cleared, so the previous file is purged rather than left on disk (covered by TicketLogoTest).
  • The logo is inlined into the PDF as a data URI and stays a plain logo variable in the yoyaku-ticket template.
