Issue #3612000: Add French translations for the yoyaku_cart basket strings

Adds the missing yoyaku_cart interface strings to translations/yoyaku.fr.po: Your cart, Checkout, the ticket rows (Ticket @n, the ticket-count plural), Total, the basket-held message, the when-line separators and the places fallback. Interface translation only; the maintainer imports the .po as usual. The example workflow outcome labels are config-translatable (schema type label) and are handled as a site-level config translation, not shipped in the module.
