Issue #3611974: Order summary lists released lines and per-line state noise

OrderSummaryBuilder now shows only lines still in the order (CONSUMING_STATES) and drops the per-line state (the order-level state is already shown), so the summary reads as the current booking (date, tier, seat/qty, price when available), close to the read-only cart display. Kernel-tested.
