Lockstep for orchestra #3611318. Updates the yoyaku_orchestra bridge to orchestra's renamed instance/token state API (getState(), STATE_* constants, the state field). yoyaku's own entities are untouched. Merge after orchestra #3611318 releases (CI resolves the released orchestra).
