Issue #3610972: Update the shipped booking workflow diagram layout

Re-export the example booking workflow config for an updated BPMN diagram layout. Executable definition unchanged (compiled flows byte-identical, review nodes stay interaction_task + order_review); diff is layout + regenerated modeler blob + interaction_settings defaults expanded. Verified by BookingWorkflowE2eTest (approve + reject).
