Issue #3616427: Translate the strings the French catalog was missing
Brings the French catalog back in step with what the code actually says.
What was missing. A potx run over 1.x (ec856d85) against translations/yoyaku.fr.po reported twelve strings with no translation: the resource-type step on the resource form (its description, its empty option and its Continue button), the four presentation strings (the per-resource availability field, the two site-wide display settings and the module's schema label), the two relabelled inherit choices in the field-rule widget, the schema label for a field rule holding several values, the seat-map notice duration, and the price field's description.
What was stale. The same audit run in the orphan direction found seven entries whose msgid appears nowhere in the tree. Four are the earlier wording of strings in the list above, so their French carries over with the sentence that changed; three (@section, part @part, The layout to arrange, and one field-rule hint) are genuinely gone and are removed.
Consistency. Each translation follows the terminology already in the file: plan de salle for the seat map, interface for a display surface, presque complet for almost full, quota, Hérité de @level : @value for a named inherit choice, Paramètres de paiement Yoyaku for a module's schema label.
Also in this pass. Ten entries had lost the blank line that separates them, so two msgids ran together as one block. Those separators are restored. No msgid or msgstr text is touched by that change.
Verified. msgfmt --check passes. The audit re-run reports 0 missing and 0 orphaned, both directions cross-checked against each other so a quoting artefact cannot pass for a dead string. cspell is clean.
AI-Generated: Yes (Claude Code wrote the translations and ran the potx audit; reviewed by the maintainer.)
