Issue #3609945: Adopt kessai's authorize/capture lifecycle; settle the checkout and authorize the deposit for free bookings

Follow-up to kessai #3609963 and orchestra #3610001: adopts the renamed kessai payment lifecycle, adds the settle step to the booking workflow, and authorizes the deposit for a free booking so the checkout proves the card covers it.

• The deposit and no-show actions and the default settlement subscriber adopt the renamed kessai methods (authorize/capture/cancel) and states.
• The yoyaku_booking example workflow gains a Settle payment (kessai_settle) node after Payment received, configured with the yoyaku_booking payable resolver so it settles against what the order owes. A non-sticky "Confirming your payment" message shows while it settles, and a declined capture routes back to the payment step for a retry.
• BookingPayableResolver now returns two amounts: for a paid booking both are the price; for a free booking that needs a card it authorizes the larger of the deposit hold and the no-show fee and captures nothing, so the settle step releases the authorization.
• refundablePayments() matches captured payments, so a cancellation refunds a captured checkout.

Includes an end-to-end authorize -> settle -> capture test and an updated French translation. Kernel tests green. yoyaku CI needs the kessai and orchestra 1.x-dev releases.
