fix: Add allow_style to Y Styles config for Article

Summary

  • The Y Styles panel was not appearing in Layout Builder because the allow_style setting was missing from the entity view display third party settings
  • Add allow_style: true to article_lb.default.yml config
  • Add y_lb_article_update_91006 to enable Y Styles on existing sites

Test plan

  • Install fresh site with y_lb_article - Y Styles panel should appear on Article Layout Builder
  • Update existing site with drush updb - Y Styles panel should appear after update
