Fix: alert description hidden on all header/footer alerts

Problem

Alert title renders but the description never shows, for every alert (both `classic` and the `ws-alert-*` style variants), in both header and footer placements.

Root cause

`modules/small_y_alerts/assets/scss/small-y-alerts.scss` sets:

```scss &__content { display: none; } ```
...twice (duplicate block), compiled to an ID-scoped selector (`#openy_alerts_app_header .header-alerts-list .site-alert__content...`). That specificity beats the base theme's `.site-alert__content { display: inline; }` rule and any state class the openy_node_alert React widget adds (`alert-full`/`alert-short`). No corresponding rule ever restores visibility, so the description is unconditionally hidden.
Fix
Remove both `display: none` blocks (source + rebuilt compiled CSS, no functional replacement needed — removing them restores the base theme's `display: inline` behavior).
Test plan
  • Reproduced locally on a YMCA site using this module: alert banner showed title only, description confirmed hidden via computed style (`display: none`) in browser devtools.
  • After fix, rebuilt CSS via `npm run css:build`, cleared Drupal cache, confirmed description renders (`display: inline`) for both a `classic` style alert and a `ws-alert-critical` style alert, header placement.
