Issue #3335468: Set node type to "false" if not configured on source
requested to merge issue/workbench_moderation_migrate-3335468:3335468-warning-undefined-array into 1.0.x
- Includes example migration configs which trigger the behaviour when running tests locally.
- Fixes by setting
$node_type= false if there's no$definition['source']['node_type'].
