feat: #3632632 Add random and centered usage sort orders to Tagadelic

Adds random ordering and highest-usage-in-the-middle ordering to Tagadelic. Limits select the most-used terms before reordering; the centered order refers to reading order rather than the geometric center of wrapped lines.
