Cleanup CSpell Dictionaries

This MR updates our custom cspell dictionaries by:

  • excluding the 'legacy/' folder
  • removing any words that are no longer needed
  • splitting the 'fixme' dictionary into genuine typos and various unknown words.
  • fixing genuine typos in comments and a couple of translatable strings where possible.
  • updating to the newest version of the Drupal dictionary
