  • Drop core/recipes/core_recommended_front_end_theme: Drupal 12 removed it (and Olivero). The template installs block and UI Suite UIkit itself and already makes UIkit the default theme.

  • Contact webform: simpleConfigUpdate on a config entity throws on Drupal 12; use setProperties with dotted third_party_settings keys (works on 11).
  • CI: opt in to the next-major and max-PHP jobs, with the lenient allow list for the next-major composer job.
