  • Core: ^11.4 || ^12; Drush ^13.7 || ^14. Drupal 11 stays the default: prefer-stable, config.platform.php 8.3 and PHP 8.4 in the shipped DDEV config.
  • mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient is now required, and extra.drupal-lenient uses an explicit allowed-list (the contrib modules without ^12 yet) instead of allow-all.
  • .gitignore: /composer.lock and /patches.lock.json; the template ships no lock file.
  • README: DDEV-only (the host Composer section is gone), ~12.0 instead of 11.0.0-rc1, a one-time login instead of a password, and a short "Drupal 12 (beta)" section.
