This Merge Request rolls together the work for the 3 current open Webform MyEmma Merge Requests for the following issues:
- Issue #3039874 (MR 5): Support multiple fields.
- Issue #3186604 (MR 3): Support multiple accounts.
- Issue #3187064 (MR 2): Support multiple group ids.
This MR is a stop-gap to be able to apply all three fixes in a single patch and can be closed after each individual MR has been completed.
