Update entity autocomplete prepare method for auto-creation with single target bundle

This applies the updates proposed in the issue description, updating the entity autocomplete's prepare method to ensure that when only one target bundle is selected for auto-create, it will use that, otherwise deferring to the config setting for the auto-create bundle.
