The Editorial dashboard embeds the webdashboard_last_content view, which needed "administer nodes". The view now uses "access content overview", the same as the Content page, so content editors see "Recent content" and "My content".

Tested on a Website Starter and a Webship Portal re-install: the view runs for a content editor with access and rows.
