Resolve #3339752 "Add dependency jqueryui"

  • Added a dependency with module drupal/jquery_ui_tabs.
  • Added a dependency with core/once and updated the Javascript code accordingly.
  • Fixed a bug that was breaking the module within the Views settings interface.
