Removes the core key in "/tests/modules/views_test_linkarea/views_test_linkarea.info.yml"

Removes the core key in "/tests/modules/views_test_linkarea/views_test_linkarea.info.yml", since as of https://www.drupal.org/node/3070687, these now cause exceptions to be thrown.
