Closes #3471542

Added the timer property to settings.views_auto_refresh[view_name] instead of settings.views_auto_refresh[view_name][view_display] as settings.views_auto_refresh[view_name][view_display].timer was returning undefined.

This works for my use case and correctly clears the Timeout before setting it with each refresh.
