Exposed filters with a placeholder and no title now get a visually hidden label from the placeholder, in the theme form alter. This labels the header search keywords field ("Search by keyword"), which Varbase Search Base ships with an empty label.

Checked anonymous at 1440 and 375: every keywords field renders a visually hidden label tied to its own id.

The duplicate views-exposed-form-search-header-search id comes from the recipe placing the search block twice on one page, so it is left to the recipe.
