Points the README release badge at the upcoming 1.0.0-alpha2 tag, so the badge on the tagged tree does not still advertise 1.0.0-alpha1. Same change that #3615655 made ahead of 1.0.0-alpha1.

This theme is tag-only — there is no version key in vartheme_bs5_educare.info.yml, composer.json or package.json, so drupal.org packaging injects the version from the tag. The README badge is the only file in the repo that carries the version string, and there is no Back-to-DEV commit to follow.
