Styles the Program listing and the Program card component in the Educare theme, to the design.

What this changes

  • card-program component: adds a degrees array prop so a multi-value field binds whole and renders each value as its own right-side column, and refines the card spacing to the design.
  • Base stylesheet: styles the programs listing title, the result summary, and the study-level pill toggle (bef-links) lifted to the top-right so it shares the title line on desktop, plus the programs exposed-filter additions.

Built with Bootstrap 5.3 utilities and CSS variables (--bs-*, spacers, border-radius), with sizes in rem. The compiled .css files are rebuilt from the .scss.

Pairs with the Educare recipe issue and MR that add the Program content type and its filterable listing.
