Restyles the Newsletter Subscribe webform to match the Varbase Design System 2026, in line with the Business Contact redesign in this issue: an inline (stacked on mobile) subscribe bar with a pill-shaped email field and a full-width, rounded Subscribe button using Bootstrap utilities.
