Remove the remaining google_analytics_reports leftovers on 9.2.x: the varbase_google_analytics_summary view, the three dashboard GA tiles (and the view dependency) in the panels variant, the config schema, and the theme suggestions. The dashboard panels variant now imports without google_analytics_reports.
