Adds 12 reusable Drupal Canvas Patterns (sections) to Varbase Starter, each a canvas.pattern.* config entity built from the existing vartheme_bs5 SDC palette (section > columns > organisms/atoms) using only static inputs. Reuses components already registered in the starter (no new component registration); accessible copy (distinct button labels) and solid button variants.
