Release Varbase Starter 1.0.3.

  • composer.json: version to 1.0.3, and every Varbase base recipe required at ~1.0.0 and drupal/vartheme_bs5 at ~5.0.0 instead of dev branches. A stable release must not ship dev constraints.
  • README.md: version badge to 1.0.3.
  • CHANGELOG.md: the 1.0.3 entry.

drupal/vartheme_bs5 needs no constraint change: ~5.0.0 already accepts the new 5.0.4 release, which is published on packages.drupal.org.

What this release carries:

  • fix: #3625191 Set the Blog banner heading to level 1, so the Blog page has an h1.
