fix: #3619772 Re-export the icon component config for the whole Bootstrap Icons pack

Follow-up on #3619772, pairing with Vartheme BS5 !206.

Vartheme BS5 drops the enum from the Badge, Button, Icon and Card Icon props so the picker offers the whole Bootstrap Icons pack. This re-exports the five icon component configs to match.

• active no longer carries allowed_icon_ids — only allowed_icon_pack: [bootstrap_icons].
• 188 hard-coded icon ids leave the shipped config.
• active_version moves to the new hash for each component.

The historical version entries keep their original lists on purpose. Canvas resolves existing content against the version it was saved with, so leaving that history intact is what keeps already-built pages working.

Verified on Drupal 11.4 with Canvas 1.10.1:

• Pages built before the change still render, and the Canvas editor still opens them with content pinned to the old version hash.
• The Button picker goes from 51 icons to 2078, and an icon outside the old list stores and renders.
• No update hook is needed — the retained version history covers existing content.

Needs Canvas Icon Picker #3619785. Without it a prop with no allow list silently discards every icon change, which is every icon prop after this change.
