Temporarily remove Ultimate Cron until it has a stable release, to resolve on Stable for Drupal CMS

drupal/ultimate_cron has no stable release, so a project on Composer's default minimum-stability: stable cannot install this recipe.

Temporary. It goes back if this recipe needs it once it is stable. Requested in #2660208. The same removal in Varbase Performance Base, where the module is actually installed, is #3621493.

What changed

  • composer.json: dropped drupal/ultimate_cron.
  • Removed config/ultimate_cron.job.search_api_cron.yml. This recipe never had ultimate_cron in its own install: list, so that job config only imported because another recipe had enabled the module first.
  • README.md: dropped the Cron Management section and the cron line from the feature list.

Search indexing keeps running on whatever cron the site uses.
